1988—1991 — member of the editorial board of the publication "Literary Heritage" ("Literaturnoe nasledstvo").

One of the founders and member of the editorial board of the "Jerusalem Journal" ("Ierusalimski Zhurnal"); member of the editorial board of Russian journals "New Literary Review" ("Novoe literaturnoe obozrenie") and "New Russian Book" ("Novaja russkaja kniga").
