Abstract:

The article reconstructs the biography of Musia Natanson, Mayakovsky’s friend, on the basis of archival materials, memoirs, recollections and other biographical data. The article also gives data for Yu. Abdrakhmanov and V. Primakov, Soviet officials, who were close to Natanson and Mayakovsky. Certain aspects of literary life in the 1910–1920s are revised and specified.

Keywords: Vladimir Mayakovsky, Musia Natanson, historic-biographical documents, “Comfut”, Soviet literary life of the 1910–1920s.
