Abstract:

The publication supplements and specifies Chronicle of O.E. Mandelstam’s Life and Work (3rd ed., 2019) and includes 57 positions that refer to 1911 –1917 and deal with some facts that were not present in the Chronicle. Among them are biographical details, reports of Mandelstam’s public appearances, performances, meetings, data on the editorial history of his works and translations (including his publications abroad) and on non-publication of his poetic collection Aonides (1922) by Gosizdat. The paper covers Mandelstam’s activity in the association Literary Mansion and his performance at the House of Press (Leningrad), presents critical publications and press on Mandelstam of that period, etc.
