- Abstract:
Literary heritage and letters of the poet Vladimir Gippius (1876–1941) provide a vast field for research. The draft published herewith is in between epistolary and essay. Tht small prosaic piece helps to deeper understand Gippius’ philosophical views at the beginning of the XXth century as well as his attitude to his literary godparents, the Merezhkovskies.
